Hello April,
I got back to my Dream Life journal, to give me a sense of direction: getting back to healthy habits can be a valuable objective.
Staying at home and cooking or baking, or finding a celebration as an excuse could put some people like me off track regarding healthy eating.
Either comfort eating or celebration eating, a strawberry cheese cake here and there, a chocolate treat, can get in the way.
Yes, they could be delicious, in the moment.
But not after a couple of hours.
Or more.
So, will I do anything to change,
To begin with, I can decide only to have extremely expensive cake.
In this way, I might not afford it, and that will make me more careful.
Secondly, I could stop baking, and find another creative pass time during my time at home.
Playing with the cat could be a way out of it.
And then?
And then, dance of course!
Dance around the house!
